Moon Nila, the rising Malaysian actress renowned for her stellar performances, is set to reprise her role as Priya in the highly anticipated series "Pasanga 2." Nila, who captivated audiences in "Pasanga Season 1," shares her journey of returning as Priya in the new season. “Revisiting my role from the first season was a roller coaster ride,” she says. “I re-watched Pasanga S1 and carefully reviewed all of Priya’s attires to ensure continuity. This time, I decided not to take on any other projects to fully dedicate myself to this long-term commitment. I also engaged in script readings with my fellow newcomers for the upcoming season.”

Nila emphasizes the emotional connection to her character as a key part of her preparation. “Priya’s journey in this season is emotionally intense. I wanted to convey that depth authentically to the audience,” she explains.






However, the journey wasn’t without its challenges. Nila recounts a particularly difficult time during filming. “My grandfather passed away during shooting. On that very day, I had to perform a happy scene filled with smiles and laughter. It was incredibly tough, but I managed to push through for the sake of my job.”

Her dedication to her craft is evident. Pairing up once again with co-actor Denes, Nila praises his understanding and their strong on-screen chemistry. “Working with Denes made the emotional scenes smoother. We knew how to make it real and believable,” she shares.

One of her most challenging scenes involved intense emotional elements. “We had crying scenes and some that required single takes. It was a significant challenge, but what is life without challenges?” she reflects.
