As part of the Madani Rakyat’s Program for the Central Zone, scheduled to take place from February 23 to 25, 2023, at the Kuala Selangor Sports Complex, the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) has introduced a noteworthy initiative. During this limited period, PDRM is offering a substantial 50% reduction on traffic summonses for selected offenses, providing opportunity for all of us to settle our dues at a more affordable cost.

It's essential to note that while this initiative is beneficial, not all offences are eligible for the 50% reduction.





PDRM has explicitly excluded a specific list of 10 compoundable offences from the discount offer. These include offences related to accidents, court proceedings, violations involving heavy vehicles, dangerous overtaking, use of emergency lanes, non-compoundable offences (NC), disobeying red light signals, overtaking on double lines, exhaust modification offences, and summonses under 'OP Selamat.'

Keep this in mind of this reduced fine opportunity, individuals must make their payments exclusively at the program venue during the specified dates. It's advised to carefully review the terms and conditions associated with this program to ensure a smooth and compliant settlement process.
