In her 17-year-long Silambam career, Kavi is on course to make some big noise on Silambam - an ancient South-Indian martial art of stick fighting.

Having said that, the former world silambam gold medallist has also gained entry into the Malaysia Book of Records for conducting a 14-hour non-stop virtual silambam class on Aug 15.

For the record, Kaviarasi competed in the Malaysian Games (Sukma) silambam tournaments from 2008 to 2017 and scooped six golds at the 2009 Malaysian Games. She also won in the female category at the Selangor state government's Martial Art XTIV virtual competition in 2022.
