During a brief speech, Sahi expressed his gratitude to his Malaysian fans, saying, "Thank you, Malaysia! I’m living my dream! This is incredibly special to me as it’s my first solo concert. Thank you for making it such a memorable experience!"

At a recent press conference held at Haiku KL, Mathubalan, founder of BWHPK and organizer of the concert, explained the vision behind the event. While Malaysia often hosts concerts for Kollywood artists, Mathubalan aimed to create a platform for independent music on a global scale. This vision led him to feature an independent artist like Sahi Siva for BWHPK’s first project, underscoring his commitment to supporting emerging talent.

Sahi Siva Live in Kuala Lumpur is a steppingstone for us,” said Mathubalan. “We plan to introduce more initiatives to support independent artists and provide a platform for them to showcase their talent.”

Co-organizer Arvind Raj echoed these sentiments, emphasizing the importance of fostering connections between independent artists from different countries and promoting the Tamil independent music scene.

With stellar performances from local independent artists, Sahi Siva Live in KL was not just a celebration of music, but also a an opportunity to the growing talent pool in Malaysia, creating an event that highlighted the diversity and vibrancy of the independent music community.
