Of late, we have been hearing of cases of young, fit people, succumbing to heart attacks when cycling, playing football, running, or during workout sessions at the gym.

Eat more berries, vegetables, oatmeals, fruits and consume more water than soft drinks.

Stop smoking, vaping

Smoking does not only cause cancer, emphysema and stroke, but also weakens your cardiovascular system. Besides fixing your health, quitting smoking also means you get to save more money to buy more beneficial things.

Do regular medical check-ups

Just because you are young, doesn't mean you don't have to meet the doctor often.

Make sure you conduct full medical check-up at least twice a year.

Do not overexert yourself

If you are tired, give yourself some rest. You don't need to push yourself if you know that you have exceeded your capability.
