According to Sepang police chief Assistant Commissioner Wan Kamarul Azran Wan Yusof, the body of the patient under investigation (PUI) for Covid-19 was discovered by a nurse at 7.40 pm.

"The body will be handled by Serdang Hospital and the police have recorded statements from the complainant, hospital nurses, other witnesses, and the patient’s next-of-kin," he said.

Initial investigations by police reveal that the man was suffering from depression. He was admitted into the hospital at 2.30 pm on March 26 and had cough, flu and breathing difficulties. The hospital will perform the post-mortem today.
