A Brazilian man who married nine women at the same time last year, is now looking for two more wives after one of them ended the polygamous marriage.

According to Arthur O Urso, one of his wives, Agatha, is opting out of the marriage as the idea of polygamy was "not as appealing" as she once thought.

"She wanted to have me all to herself. It didn't make sense - we have to share.

"I was very sad about the separation and even more surprised by her excuse. She said that she was missing a monogamous relationship," Urso, a male model with an OnlyFans page, was quoted telling The Mirror.

He added that his other wives thought that Agatha's attitude was wrong too, as she had participated in the marriage for "adventure" and not "real feelings."

Urso went viral last year when he exchanged vows with eight women at a Catholic church in Sao Paulo, while already being married to his first wife.

The "wedding", however, is not legally binding as polygamy is illegal in Brazil.

Urso, who is a father of one, said that his "dream" is to round up the number of his wives to 10, and to have children with each of them, as it would be "unfair" for him to not bear an offspring with any of the women.
