Guess what, not everyone is aware of this piece of news where MySejahtera offers the ability to book health screenings at government hospitals and clinics, and the best part is - it won't cost you a single cent!

Former Health Minister, Dr. Zaliha Mustafa, disclosed this information, highlighting those appointments for outpatient treatment, visits related to the National Health Screening Initiative (NHSI), and the healthcare scheme for the B40 group (PeKa B40) in 2023 can now be seamlessly scheduled through the app.

With that, let’s have a look at the steps to make an appointment at a government clinic through MySejahtera:

It's important to note that for emergency cases, like fever or contagious diseases, individuals can visit any clinic without the need for a prior appointment. Additionally, users can also have the privilege to re-schedule appointments within the app, eliminating the need for phone calls to the health facility. Automated reminders ensure that users stay informed about their scheduled appointments.

When visiting the clinic, it's advisable to bring your MyKad or passport, along with the device used for appointment booking. Being present 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment or rescheduling through the app if unable to attend ensures a smooth and efficient experience for users.
