The gem of Faculty of Medicine, Nursing & Health Sciences has added another feather to her cap by emerging as the recipient of the Outstanding Oral Presentation Award at the 12th International Conference on Public Health Among Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) Countries 2022. A proud moment, indeed!
A very big spotlight shone on the dedicated woman who has won two prestigious awards namely Best Presenter and Best Paper Awards for her research paper along with Prof Dr Rebecca Wong and Assoc Prof Dr Saravanan Kumar which led to the topic, ‘Stress, Depression, Anxiety and Coping Styles Among Malaysian University Students During Pre & Post Covid-19 Outbreak’ at the recent SiBEST conference and Global Conference on Business & Social Sciences.
Dr Priscilla took this opportunity to express her delight over the award and gratitude toward her university:
“I am so grateful to Almighty and SIBEST for the double awards. When it comes to events like SIBEST, I advise maintaining a good confidence level and clarity while presenting. The use of attractive graphics and appropriate wordings in your slides is a plus, but more importantly, make sure your paper has a depth literature review packed with robust results and discussions. Lastly, be attentive to the questions asked by the panel and answer with confidence because it is our research work,” said Dr Priscilla.

It’s always a pleasant surprise for readers to come across many notable Indians who have achieved yet another remarkable milestone in their respective fields.
Congratulations once again, and thank you for being an inspiration to all of us!
