SJK(T) Ladang Semenyih has once again soar to greater height by putting their name on school world map as they recently participated in a Science Innovation Competition held in Bali, Indonesia.

In a competition that featured participants from ten countries, including Korea, Egypt, Thailand, and Malaysia, the students from SJK(T) Ladang Semenyih demonstrated exceptional prowess by clinching two gold medals, one silver medal, and two prestigious special awards.





The talented team representing Malaysia consisted of Thinesha Jayaprakasam, Tivashini L. Jayabalan, Velan Sivakumar, Aashri Kumaresan, Lenisha Ravichandran, Tharani Mohan, Thanushri Jayaseelan, Kishore Jayaseelan, and Tharunesh Jayaseelan. Their innovative spirit and dedication resulted in the creation of three noteworthy scientific inventions: eco-friendly paper made from dried leaves, a clothes protector with a hanging tool for efficient drying, and delectable sweets crafted from Acalypha Indica, a renowned Indian leaf commonly known as Kuppaimeni Keerai.

The students' outstanding contributions not only brought home gold and silver medals but also earned them two special awards, reflecting their ingenuity and commitment to scientific innovation. This significant achievement not only elevates the reputation of SJK(T) Ladang Semenyih but also underscores the incredible potential and talent within our Tamil school system.
