Local Tamil film Narigal has won two awards at the Norway Tamil Film Festival.

The yet-to-be released movie, directed by RMS Sara. R, won the awards under the Diaspora category for the Best Feature Film (Tamil) and Best Director (Tamil), reported raaga.my

Narigal stars renowned local talents including Jayarajendran, Alvin Martin Santhiavoo, and Lingkesvaran Maniam, among others.

Two tracks for the movie have been composed by T Irwin Victoria, and RMS Sara. R.

Let's hope that the COVID-19 situation will improve soon so that the cinemas can be reopened, and viewers can catch the movie on the big screen.
