In these trying times during the COVID-19 pandemic, many individuals and businesses have set up food banks at public spots.

This is to enable the needy to take what they need, and for those who have extras, to give what they can.

However, one ugly quality among Malaysians is hording almost all the food placed at a food bank to themselves, barely leaving any for others who may need it more - as a recent video can lay testament to.

The closed circuit television (CCTV) camera recording pointed at the food bank outside a petrol station shows several individuals empyting an almost full food bank in under two minutes. This includes four individuals, believed from the same household, as they are travelling in a Proton Wira.

Footage of the incident is currently going viral on social media. It is unclear where and when the incident happened.

Needless to say, netizens are bashing the individuals in the video, saying they should not have been so greedy, and left some of the food for others who may need it more than they do.
