MYGOV

Did you know that you might have unclaimed money under your name? Many Malaysians are unaware that funds belonging to them could be sitting unclaimed, and a simple check via the MyGOV Malaysia app may reveal money you did not even realise was yours.

MyGOV Malaysia is a newly introduced all-in-one digital platform designed to give users access to multiple government services through a single app. One of its most useful features allows Malaysians to check for Wang Tak Dituntut, or unclaimed money.

Wang Tak Dituntut refers to money that has not been claimed within a specific period. These funds may come from various sources, including:

- Old or inactive bank accounts

- Dividends and investments

- Insurance or takaful payouts

- Unpaid salaries or wages

- Other financial entitlements

Through MyGOV Malaysia, users can easily check whether they have any unclaimed money and proceed with the claim digitally via the eGUMIS system.
