Known as “MyPhone-In”, the service allows eligible applicants to submit their MyKad replacement request through a telephone call before visiting the office only to collect the new card.

This initiative is aimed at making the replacement process faster, smoother, and more convenient for the public.

Who Can Apply

The service is open to Malaysian citizens who need to replace a regular MyKad due to damage or chip/card issues.

The replacement fee is RM10, which must be paid during card collection at the counter.
