For your benefit, below is the list of over some countries that allow fully vaccinated Malaysians to travel without subjecting them to quarantine upon arrival.
The United Kingdom
London, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and its surrounding islands are some of the places you may want to visit. From Oct 4, the UK started accepting fully vaccinated travellers without subjecting them to mandatory quarantine, as long as they are not from "red-list" countries. However, travellers must test negative for COVID-19 via a RT-PCR test upon arrival.
Jordan
This country is full of tourist attractions, especially the Ruins of Petra. A trip to Jordan will not be complete without a visit to the ruins of this ancient city, which has been gazetted as a World Heritage Site. Travellers to Jordan have to fill up forms before leaving and acquire a QR code. They must also test negative for COVID-19 via a RT-PCR test at least 72 hours before boarding. They will be made to take another test upon arrival in the country.
Maldives
This island country's beauty is often likened to paradise. Its government does not require fully vaccinated travellers to quarantine upon arrival, unless they are from the UK. Travellers will need to attach a RT-PCR test result that shows they are COVID-19 negative 96 hours prior to their arrival.
Dubai, UAE
This metropolitan city is a haven for travellers who love shopping, luxury hotels, and fancy food. Travellers can apply for Tourists' Visa, if they can prove that they are COVID-19 negative via a RT-PCR test, 72 hours before their departure.
