Neelima Rani is a serial actress best known for her villainous performances in Tamil-language TV dramas. She also produced the Niram Tamil series 'Maaratha Pookkal' and 'Endrendrum Punnagai,' which aired on Zee Tamil.

In 2008, the actress married Isai, and the couple has a daughter named Adithi. On their 13th wedding anniversary, Neelima revealed her second pregnancy and shortly after shared photos from her pregnancy photoshoot, in which she was styled as a goddess.
