Raj Kundra is labeled as the 'key conspirator' in producing pornographic films and was remanded until 23 July after being produced in the magistrate's court.
The police didn't find any evidence of Shilpa Shetty's involvement in the case. Earlier the police retrieved pornographic videos in possession of Raj Kundra's ex-assistant Umesh Kamat.
A recent leaked WhatsApp chats between Raj Kundra and UK-based Pradeep Baskhi revealed transactions and an amount of money made from the porn videos. Pradeep operates Kenrin Production House, a company allegedly owned by Raj Kundra.
It's believed that his former assistant Umesh was a representative of the company in India. As more shocking allegations continue to emerge, Shilpa Shetty who stayed away from social media and shoots shared a cryptic post of a passage from a book.
