Daniel Balaji is a villain and supporting Couth Indian actor who turned heads with his performance in Kamal Haasan's 'Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu'. He's the cousin of late actor Murali and young star Atharva is his nephew.

It's been reported that Daniel Balaji has been hospitalised at a private hospital after testing positive for COVID-19 and is currently undergoing treatment.

The star has displayed his prowess as an actor in many films like Kaakha Kaakha, Polladhavan, and Bigil. He started his career in the entertainment scene as a serial actor in 'Chithi' and went on to star in his first feature film 'April Mathadhil' (2002).
