Well, well, well our Malaysian students are certainly making headlines all over the world and especially on an international level as well. Representing Malaysia with Pride!

Wondering what the writer is talking about?

Our brilliant Malaysian young students have been selected to represent the nation in the HIPPO English Olympiad in Rome, Italy! Yoshanaa Rahj from SJK (T) Kampong Pandan, Sharvetthana Ramalingam from SJKT Karak, Dhanoushkka Narendra from SR Seri Presbyterian, Batu Pahat, Rheeya Eesha Kaur from SK Bukit Damansara, Isabelle Joella Thomson from SK Taman Kepong and many more have been chosen to showcase their talent and knowledge in the competition.

A 30-member contingent has been selected to compete in the international English language competition. The competition will feature students aged six to 19 from around the world showcasing their skills in reading, listening, writing, speaking, and the importance of English.

The competition is a joint effort between the Global Hippo Association in Italy and Gatehouse Awards in the United Kingdom, aiming to emphasize the significance of the English language while fostering friendly relations and international perspectives among students from different countries.

This year's participation from Malaysia has significantly increased compared to the previous year, with around 215 students competing at the World Finals out of a total of 83,295 participants from 63 countries.

There’s no denying that our talented team is well-prepared and ready to take on this challenge and make us proud on the international stage. Best wishes kiddos!
