After months of anticipation, the fan-favourite comedy-drama is all set to make an even bigger impact, with Astro confirming an impressive 228 episodes. He said the overwhelming success of Pasanga Season 2, thanks to its gripping storyline, surprise twists, and outstanding performances proved the series' strong connection with viewers across Malaysia. Building on that momentum, Astro is proud to produce 228 episodes for the latest season, marking a significant achievement in the local entertainment scene. He added that fans can look forward to even more surprises, intense drama, and heartfelt portrayals of Malaysian culture as Pasanga continues to set new records and win hearts nationwide.

Season 3, directed by Shalini Balasundaram and produced by the acclaimed duo Denes Kumar and Ts. Dr. Vimala Perumal features a stellar cast lineup including Denes Kumar, Moon Nila, Thasha Krishnakumar, Alvin Martin Santhiavoo, Sasikumar, Nithyashree, Susila Devi, Devakanni, Kabil Ganesan, Keshap Suria, and many more familiar faces.
Speaking about the series, this season follows the intertwined journeys of Raja, Jaga, and Anand as they face ambition, betrayal, and complex relationships. Sarasu, still yearning for her lost fortune, secretly works against Raja while chasing her own dreams of wealth. Raja’s marriage with Ranjani begins to crack under the weight of suspicions involving Priya, pushing him to leave his job and venture into business with Anand and Jaga.
Ranjani grapples with infertility and turns to her late mother for emotional solace, while Priya, burdened by financial struggles, rethinks her relationship with Vikram despite their pending divorce. Jaga’s filmmaking aspirations fall apart when Akash steals his script, sending him down a path of frustration and difficult decisions. Meanwhile, Anand’s work trip with Geetha sparks unexpected emotions, forcing him to confront the unresolved feelings from his past with Deepa. Each character’s journey carries powerful lessons of love, trust, and resilience, reminding viewers that integrity and unity often matter more than riches and deception.
New episodes of Pasanga Season 3 will be airing every Monday to Thursday at 9 PM on Astro Vinmeen (Ch 202) via TV, Astro GO, On Demand, and sooka.
