All 17 COVID-19 Quarantine and Low-Risk Treatment Centres (PKRC) nationwide will be getting NJOI decoders and TV sets. With access to 30 channels, ranging from news, sports and entertainment, NJOI will keep the 6,500 people currently being housed at PKRC informed and entertained.

Mazhairul Jamaludin said, “As part of NJOI’s community outreach we wish to thank NADMA for giving us the opportunity to do our part to keep the patients at PKRC entertained and informed with a variety of entertainment and news channels while they undergo quarantine and receive treatment.”

PKRC is managed by the National Disaster Management Agency (NADMA) of Malaysia.

The handover ceremony was held at the PKRC at Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS) yesterday.

Mazhairul Jamaludin, Director of NJOI, presented the NJOI decoders and TV sets to Hussein Omar Khan, NADMA Director of Operations and Dr Shahabuddin Ibrahim, Director of MAEPS PKRC 2.0.
