Court of Appeal Upholds Najib's Conviction, Sentence in SRC International Case
The Court of Appeal today upheld the conviction and sentence of former premiere Najib Razak for misappropriating RM42 million belonging to SRC International Sdn Bhd. However, the Pekan MP will stay out of prison pending his appeal to the Federal Court.
