Nallennai Chithra, a popular actress in the late 1980s and 1990s, shocked the cine industry with her sudden demise.

According to her family, the actress had a heart attack at her residence in Saligramam, Chennai, and passed away.

She has acted in many hit films with some of the most famous names like Rajinikanth, Sarathkumar, and Prabhu at the peak of her career. Chithra has also done films in Malayalam, Telugu, and Kannada industries.

The actress is survived by her husband Vijayaraghavan, and daughter Mahalakshmi. Our deepest condolences to her family and friends.
