Jyothika, Nayanthara, Simran, and Trisha are four heroines who need no introduction to Kollywood fans.

The gorgeous actresses have made their distinctive marks alongside popular heroes over the last few decades, and they are also capable of carrying blockbuster movies by themselves.

Astro is proud to present "Kollywood Queens", a special pop-up channel on Channel 100, featuring movies of the four celebrities, who have won various awards and have sizeable social media followings.

The channel will run throughout this December and will feature more than 70 movies in total, with an average of eight films a day.

Movies you can catch on the channel include blockbuster flicks where the actresses starred with famous actors, such as Superstar Rajinikanth, Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan, Thalai Ajith, Talapathi Vijay, Jayam Ravi, Simbu, and Arjun, among others.

Viewers will also be treated with interviews of Tamil film artistes in between movies.

The channel will kick off at midnight on Dec 1 and cease broadcast at midnight on Jan 1, 2022.
