Step 1: Check If You Are Eligible
Before applying, make sure you meet all the following requirements:
- Malaysian citizen
- Single (unmarried)
- Aged 18–40 years old
- Working or undergoing industrial training in Kuala Lumpur
- Monthly income not more than RM4,000
- Do not own a home within 35km of KL city centre
- Optional: Persons with Disabilities (OKU) may apply for special units at lower rental rates

Step 2: Prepare All Required Documents
You must upload your documents in WinRAR or WinZip format. Make sure you have:
1. Passport-sized photo
2. Copy of original MyKad (JPEG)
3. Certificate of single status
- can be issued by employer, JPN registrar, imam, or community leader
4. Latest salary slips
5. OKU card (if applicable)
Tips :
Label each file clearly before compressing (e.g., “IC.jpg”, “SalarySlip.pdf”, “SingleStatus.pdf”).
Step 3: Compress Your Files
Place all required documents into a single folder, then compress it into .zip or .rar format.
Incomplete submissions (missing documents or unclear scans) will not be processed.
Step 4: Submit Your Application Online
Go to: eperumahan.dbkl.gov.my
Fill in your personal details, upload your compressed file, and submit the form.

Step 5: Wait for DBKL Email Notification
DBKL will review your application. You will be informed of your application status via your registered email.
