The "Anugerah Perdana Belia Negara," or the "National Youth Premier Award," is a highly esteemed recognition in Malaysia, awarded to outstanding youths who have made notable contributions to society or excelled in various fields. This award encompasses a range of criteria including leadership, community service, academic excellence, innovation, and overall contributions to national development. Dr. Loshseni received this award after submitting a comprehensive portfolio showcasing her diverse contributions to the community and the country, followed by a presentation and a viva interview.
 
Early Life and Career Milestones
 
Born and bred in Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur, Dr. Loshseni who is currently works in the Anesthesiology Department at Hospital Ampang has submitted portfolio highlighted her extensive community service projects, leadership roles, innovative initiatives, and academic achievements. The recognition she received underscores her dedication to improving society and enhancing the well-being of Malaysians.
 


 


Advice to aspiring Medical Professionals


To the upcoming generations and those pursuing medicine, Dr. Loshseni emphasizes the importance of empathy, adaptability, and lifelong learning. She advises that medicine is not merely about treating illnesses but about understanding people's stories, advocating for their well-being, and continuously evolving with scientific advancements. She also encourages young professionals to engage in social activities and pursue their passions alongside their careers.

Dr. Loshseni combines her roles as a doctor, social activist, and entrepreneur to give back to the community in various impactful ways. She advocates for establishing community health clinics or mobile health units in underserved areas, providing essential healthcare services.
 
Additionally, she supports educational programs and mentorship initiatives for aspiring healthcare professionals from underprivileged backgrounds. As an entrepreneur, she invests in social enterprises addressing crucial societal issues like healthcare disparities and environmental sustainability.
 
Everyone does have someone as a support system or pillar whom we would definitely consider as a gem. In that case, Dr. Loshseni credits her mother as her greatest support, encouraging her from a young age. She also acknowledges her aunt and her supportive husband, who have been instrumental in her journey.
 
Furthermore, her notable achievements include being listed in the Britishpedia encyclopedia of Successful People in Malaysia, receiving the Anugerah Pandu Puteri Diraja by Seri Paduka Baginda Permaisuri Agong, and training over 200 florists as a certified florist. This is just mind-blowing!
 
It even gets more interesting, as she has represented Malaysia at various international platforms, including the Ship for Southeast Asian & Japanese Youth Programme 2021 and the Youth Summit 2023 in Hyderabad, India.
